We are trying to deliver your order ASAP!

To track your order, you can navigate to the Track Your Order page. Then you have to enter your order id and your email address. If you do not see a tracking status, then your order has not been processed yet.

Our orders are processed multiple times per day. Once the order has been processed, we are unfortunately not able to do any changes. If you reach to us within 1 hour of order placement, then we can adjust your order information.

Of course hun! We always do returns within 30 days of delivery. In the case that you want to return something, reach first out to us at info@plengood.com. After that, you have to send the parcel to us on your costs. Once we received the item and everything is according to our return policy, then a refund can be processed within 7-15 business days. In any case, contact us first!

Oh no! If you have received your order and something is not right, then we need to be notified within 5 days of delivery. You must take a photo of the broken, damaged or incorrect item and contact at us info@plengood.com. Plengood is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding our local public holidays.

- We are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. So, please track your order and contact us if you have a problem.

We do accept all the common payment processors, such as VisaMastercardAmerican ExpressShop PayApple Pay and Google Pay.

- We do not accept personal checks, money orders, PayPal or direct bank transfers.

The customs fees are regulated by the country you live in. We cannot control them or determine which package will be waived or not. Buyers are responsible for any additional fees regarded to the delivery, such as customs fees or advancement fees.

Thank you so much that you bought from us! This means a lot to us and it keeps us doing our job. Unfortunately, we cannot adjust placed orders. You got the best possible price at the time of buying.

If you still got no email from us, then you might have spelled your email address wrong. You can try to login into your My Account page to retrieve your order history. We obtain and collect our items from all over the world. Therefore, we cannot provide you with a unified size chart. Please review the related size chart of each item before you buy it.
