If you want to return an item, then use the form at the Contact Us page or contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a description of the item and the reason for your return.
Our Return Policy as followed:
- You can return your products within 30 days of delivery. If the original bag and tag are not damaged, then we can process with an exchange or refund.
- Once we have received the item(s) and matched the tracking number or receipt with an order, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
- Please note that we cannot return or exchange items of certain categories, such as lingerie, bodysuits, jewelry and accessories.
- We are not accepting returns that have been sent to us directly without contacting first our customer support at the Contact Us page or by email at email@example.com.
- Please do not process returns on your own and do not return directly to the address provided on the received package. Our customer support will provide you with the address that must be used for all returns.
- You can request the nearest item return address from your location from our customer support, we will reply to you within 24 hours.
- The original payment method will be used for a return that was used to place an order. It can take between 7 and 15 business days with a credit card before your return will appear at your account.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- The return shipping fee will be covered at your own cost, as we do not offer a Freight To Collect (FTC) service. If a mistake was made by Plengood, then we do cover the return costs.
