Shipping and Delivery
At Plengood, customers are our best asset. Without customers we will not exist. Our highest priority is, therefore, to ensure that our customers can get their items delivered as soon as possible. On average, you will receive your order in between 8 to 30 business days from the order date. If you have ordered more than 1 item, then you will most likely receive multiple packages as we are working with different suppliers to provide you with the best possible price.
- Once your order has been verified and our system processed with your payment, then you will receive an order confirmation email.
- We can cancel or change your order within 1 hour. If we receive an enquiry to an order after that time, then we cannot do any changes as the order will be already in the system. However, our customer support can guide you through the return process, as soon as your item(s) will be delivered.
- An order process can take between 3 and 7 business days before the item(s) are ready to be shipped; excluding public holidays and weekends.
- If we prepare your order within 24 hours of order placement, then we can ship out the item(s) within 1 day.
- The shipping time can take approximately between 8 and 30 business days to reach the destination.
- We will notify with an international tracking number you per email after your order will be shipped.
- The processing time is included in the shipping time.
- The estimated shipping time is regarded to the date of shipping and not to the date of order. The delivery can be delayed and completed later as the estimated time due to a provided invalid address, customs clearance handling and other not foreseen circumstances (e.g. COVID-19 related processing).
- If the shipping takes longer as the stated timeframe, then we can compensate you.
- Shall the package not arrive in time, then please contact our customer support at the Contact Us page or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond within 24 hours at the usual business hours. Please note that late requests may not be accepted. We kindly appreciate your understanding.
